Who really thinks that 800 some billion dollars should be used right now. That is money that should be helping the economy, but right now the money is just sitting there. I think that there should be pros and cons to this.

Hmm... I think the Obama administration is trying to decide how to divide the 800 billion dollars between the banks, education, auto industry, etc.
