if it would be possible to make a spamming area a bit like the chat box but a slight bit different.

We have done that before but it got way out of hand so stackman locked it. So the chances are it probably won't happen again but u can ask an admin.

Mods cant make the decision, they can only edit threads and posts using their tools. Admins have full control over the forum.
